Tab Suspender Pro is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the extension collects (spoiler: none).

Data Collection

Tab Suspender Pro does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. Specifically:

• No browsing history is collected or transmitted
• No tab URLs are sent to any server
• No analytics or tracking scripts are included
• No user accounts or sign-ups are required
• No cookies are set by the extension
• No data is sold to third parties

Local Storage

The extension stores the following data locally on your device only using Chrome's built-in storage API:

• Your settings — suspension timer, whitelist domains, toggle preferences
• Usage statistics — count of tabs suspended and estimated memory saved (never transmitted)

This data never leaves your device. You can clear it at any time by removing the extension.

Permissions

The extension requests the following permissions:

• tabs — Required to detect inactive tabs and suspend them
• alarms — Required to periodically check for inactive tabs
• storage — Required to save your settings locally

Third-Party Services

Tab Suspender Pro does not use any third-party services, APIs, or SDKs.
